My name is Vanessa Diaz and I'm a third year. I'm majoring in Advertising and minoring in Public Relations. After I graduate I'm hoping that I have the opportunity to move to New York since that's where I've always wanted to live.
I usually doing something on the weekends because I hate to stay home. I love meeting new people. I just turned twenty-one and loving every moment of it. I love music, although I can't sing nor play and instrument, I really enjoy listening to it. I listen to all genres but the two that I I listen to the most are R&b and motown.
When I was younger I did gymnastics for about seven years. The reason why I quit was because my coaches were always putting me down and I lost my self-esteem and some of my skills because they didn't believe in me. I switched gyms and my new coach was the opposite. He was delighted that I was on his team. He knew that I wanted to quit but tried to convince me to compete one more season but it was too late; the fun out of it was gone. Now that I'm older I regret quitting because I realize what gymnastics could have done for me.
