Smoking Wheels
Forty passengers were evacuated from a Northwest Airlines jet, when a landing tower employee spotted smoke near the wheels. This took place at the LaCrosse, Wis., Municipal Airport Wednesday, following a flight from Minneapolis.
Missing Boy
A 7-year-old boy whos been missing for three years was found Monday night, when a neighbor recognized the child's picture shown after the movie Adam: The Song Continues. Police arrested the boy's mother, Ellen Lynn Conner, 27; she faces charges of kidnapping and intereference with a custody warrant.
